We provide professional interior design services in Malaysia, focusing on creating unique and customized designs that meet the specific needs of our clients. These services include space planning, furniture selection, color coordination, material sourcing, and project management.
Clients are required to provide accurate and complete information regarding their project specifications. This includes floor plans, design preferences, and any other relevant details. Failure to provide accurate information may result in project delays or unsatisfactory outcomes.
Payment for our interior design services must be made in accordance with the agreed terms outlined in the contract. We offer various payment structures, including milestone-based payments and full upfront payments. All fees are non-refundable once services have commenced unless otherwise specified.
Timelines for the completion of interior design projects are provided as estimates and are subject to change based on project complexity, client feedback, and unforeseen circumstances. Any changes to the timeline will be communicated to the client in advance.
Clients are entitled to a limited number of design revisions as per the contract. Additional revisions beyond this limit may incur extra charges. We strive to ensure that our design solutions meet the client’s expectations, but revisions must adhere to the scope outlined at the start of the project.
All design concepts, drawings, and materials created by our team are the intellectual property of InteriorDesigners.my. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use these designs for the specified project. Reproduction or use of our designs for other purposes without prior consent is prohibited.
We work with trusted third-party vendors for furniture, materials, and other products related to your interior design project. We cannot guarantee the availability or delivery timelines of third-party products but will coordinate and communicate with vendors to ensure the best possible outcome.
InteriorDesigners.my is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to delays, accidents, or unforeseen project issues, that may arise from third-party contractors or suppliers. Clients are encouraged to review contracts with third-party vendors carefully.
Either party may terminate the agreement if there is a breach of contract. In the event of termination, the client is liable for payment of services rendered up to the date of termination.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
